Kings and Queens

While I was running a few weeks ago, this popped up on YouTube Music after my playlist ran out of songs. I'm pretty sure I'd never heard it before but I liked it so much, I immediately added it to the playlist I'd been running to and carried on with my run.

Today, while listening to the same playlist, it popped up and I paid more attention to the lyrics. It turns out they have remarkable depth. While the first level is about women claiming their power, I think there's another level but I won't impose my creaky thinking apparatus on you.

Give it a listen. If you aren't tapping your toe in a few measures, then listen carefully and, one way or the other, the lyrics will get ya.
